Claim or correct an existing profile

If your organization already appears in the registry, you can work with the desk to confirm accuracy or submit corrections. Listing remains descriptive, not an endorsement.

What claiming means here

Claiming is not a legal title transfer. It means a business representative contacts the desk with verifiable authority, reviews the profile, and either confirms accuracy or supplies corrections with sources.

How to start

  1. Open your profile in the registry and read every field, including uncertainty notes.
  2. Use Submit a correction on that profile, or email contact@unitbureau.com from a company-controlled domain when possible.
  3. Include the profile URL, what should change, and links to documentation or product screens that support the update.
  4. State your role and how you represent the business.

Owner-confirmed status

When the desk can verify representative authority and the record matches supplied evidence, the profile may show Owner confirmed: Yes. Read what owner-confirmed does and does not mean.

If you are not listed yet

Use Submit your business for new intake. Claiming applies when a profile already exists.
